This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
When you complete the contact form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if provided), service type, the contents of your message and any files you choose to attach (photos or documents). To prevent spam, the form temporarily processes your IP address in hashed form. We do not collect any data without your informed consent.
3. Why we process this data
We process your personal data solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and deliver the service you order. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. How long we keep the data
We keep contact form data (including attached files) for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Client contract data is retained in accordance with Latvian accounting law (up to 10 years). After these periods the data is deleted.
5. Transfers to third parties
The contact form is processed on our own server at our hosting provider SIA "Area IT" (area.lv, Latvia, EU); the completed enquiry and any attached files are forwarded to our email and are not stored on the website server. The address on the map is displayed via Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, EU). We do not transfer your data outside the EU, sell it or share it with any other parties.
6. Cookies
Our site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The Google Maps iframe (if you confirm its loading) may set Google cookies. You can change your cookie preferences or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: request access to your data, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing, withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv). To exercise these rights, contact us at dacotamebeles@inbox.lv.
